The 421117 / 422128 is a 4″ Turbo-Back Exhaust System by Mel’s Manufacturing for the 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke. It’s the perfect kit if you’re looking to remove your stock components and replace it with high-performance & high-flow 4″ piping from the turbo back! Just like all of Mel’s Manufacturings Exhaust kits, it will come with all the required clamps, pre-weld contour bent hangers, and stronger flanges to help you sail through the installation process. You will notice a fuel mileage improvement, increased torque, and you’ll have a much better sounding 7.3L!
