This ‘Super Stock Kit’ transforms your AT4X & ZR2 since this model truck is not compatible with a leveling kit. This package enhances your stock Duramax with superior ride quality and extended durability.
The AT4X and ZR2 come factory-leveled but still sit rear-high due to GM’s 1.5″ rear lift blocks. While the OEM upper arm has a modified ball joint angle and is slightly longer to operate at this taller ride height, GM’s design creates problematic tie rod angles (that are no longer flat with the centerlink) that’ll trash your pitman/idler arms prematurely. This kit fixes this engineering flaw with a patented support system.
Stock AT4X/ZR2 trucks have 2″ front droop travel – barely enough for a speed bump. This kit adds precision spacers to your Multimatic DSSV front shocks, boosting droop to 3+” (50% more). Result? Your truck absorbs bumps instead of punishing your kidneys.
This package also features boxed sheet metal upper control arms precision-engineered specifically for your 2500HD AT4X and ZR2.
