Upgrade your 2019-2025 Mercedes with this 45-gallon replacement fuel tank. It fits in the original spot with an extra rear strap and doesn’t extend beyond the original tank’s space. Made from durable ¼” thick crosslink polyethylene, it offers more fuel capacity without affecting your fuel gauge accuracy. Note: the distance-to-empty reading will still reflect the original tank size. Backed by a lifetime warranty for lasting reliability.

Notes
- This tank will NOT fit:
- 144” Dually Vans
- 170” Crew Vans (1 row of seats)
- Vans with plumbing/items 24 inches from the rear end of the OEM tank or 19 inches from the rear end of the large rear cross-member.
- Storyteller XO (accommodation coming soon)
- 2019-2022 Vans: Part # 10-1027 is a shorter 40-gallon tank and will work for 170″ Crew Vans, 144” Dually Vans, and vans with plumbing 5″+ behind the OEM tank
- Important: The fuel gauge will only work accurately on vans with the J51 fuel gauge (optimized for aux. fuel tap).

When using the auxiliary fuel tap on stock tanks, tap stops pulling fuel around 1/4 tank. With the S&B Tank, it will stop pulling fuel around 1/3-1/2 tank.
Warranty
Diesel Fuel Tanks
S&B replacement fuel tanks have a lifetime limited warranty for the original purchaser. If there is a problem with an S&B tank related to defect, materials or workmanship, S&B will replace it. All terms of the S&B Million Mile Limited Warranty also apply to S&B fuel tanks. Damage to an S&B fuel tank resulting from improper installation or use will not be covered by this warranty.
