The 2013-2018 Cummins Alpha XD Pro S Air Suspension Kit reduces sag, sway, and bottoming out. It includes durable air springs with corrosion-resistant end caps, 20 support wires, and a polyurethane bumper inside to prevent damage. Designed for improved ride comfort, the kit allows running without air when not towing and offers an option to purchase with or without an in-bag bump stop.

Why Pacbrake added a bump stop to their bags?
Peace of mind. Customers want a bump stop to prevent bottoming out from loss of air bag pressure, an extremely rare event that could damage the air bags or potentially the frame of the truck. Think of it as an “insurance policy” against bottoming out.
An additional benefit is that you can run these air bags at 0 psi when unloaded for superior ride comfort.
Are bump stops necessary?
No! For those that require max travel in their air bags, to raise and lower their rear end to pickup trailers or boats, or for those that take their trucks off-roading, air bags without bump stops are recommended. Consider the HP10002-X ALPHA HD air bag.
