This repair is done by one of BiSaddle’s certified technicians. Your BiSaddle needing repair will be sent in to our shop and we will repair/refresh it for you so you do not need to worry about missing something while repairing it yourself.
You are required to send your saddle to us, and we will repair it as quickly as possible.

We can repair all BiSaddle models from 2016+, regardless of frame.
To ensure a life time of service, we will go through the saddle and replace any hardware or worn parts to make it work as new. If there are parts that are damaged beyond repair, and we have to replace them with new parts, you will have to cover the cost of those new parts in addition to the service. The padding is not covered under this service. If you damaged or ripped your surface padding, a new set will need to be purchased here.

This service includes the return shipping cost, but you will be responsible for shipping the saddle to us for the repair.
