The BD Diesel 1060605 Valve Body Upgrade for your 5.9L Cummins is designed to replace the leading cause of failure in the 47RE/48RE transmissions. The failure is more common on high-performance transmissions that run higher line pressures.

The BD Diesel kit replaces the stock plastic transducer with a rugged durable metal unit that can handle higher line pressures.
