This tractor trailer headache rack features a full width tray along with two tire chain hanger mounts, making it a practical solution for vocational, fleet, and highway applications.

Both models use a mesh window to provide airflow and rear visibility while offering protection from shifting cargo. The HR11003M includes a 39 inch high mesh window, while the HR11006M offers a 42 inch high mesh window option. Built from corrosion-resistant aluminum checker plate, these headache racks require a compatible mounting kit for proper installation. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
