Product Description:
The Ace Manufacturing HR20M000 / HR20M23J headache rack for semi truck applications is engineered to provide rear cab protection while accommodating hydraulic tank installations. Built on the HR2 series platform, this tractor trailer headache rack features a full 5 foot tall aluminum backboard with a dedicated cutout designed specifically for Ace Manufacturing 60 or 70 gallon hydraulic tanks.
Two configurations are available to meet different operational needs. The HR20M000 offers a standard aluminum headache rack with hydraulic tank cutout, while the HR20M23J includes the same cutout design and adds a jailbar window for improved rear visibility along with integrated lights for increased safety during low-light operation. Both versions are constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum checker plate and require a compatible mounting kit for installation. A compatible mounting kit is required and sold separately. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
