This preventative solution stops common injector pigtail failures in 2017-2024 L5P Duramax engines. These failures are typically caused by vibration and fretting-induced connector wear. Manufactured in-house in Canada, our 3D-printed Glass Fiber-reinforced Polyamide (PA6-GF) filament provides superior heat resistance and stiffness. Our design forces the male and female connectors to move together, eliminating independent vibration. This action drastically reduces fretting and the risk of being stranded due to a failed connector.
Unlike competitors who offer only costly replacement pigtails, this is the only truly preventative solution on the market, offering significant protection for little more than the cost of a single replacement pigtail.
