The BD 1043803 is a direct replacement passenger side up pipe for the 2001-2004 Duramax and an ‘off-road’ upgrade for the 2004.5-2015 Duramax (with EGR Delete). The BD Diesel 1043803 Up-Pipe is constructed from solid 304 Stainless Steel and features precision-cut flanges to prevent blowouts.

Features

• 304 stainless steel precision cast mounting flanges eliminate exhaust tubing blowouts and ensures correct fitment
• 304L 2-inch stainless tubing prevents loss of heat energy and will not corrode like aluminized steel or 409 stainless
• Larger bore (1.8″ ID) internally shielded 304 stainless bellows, eliminates restrictive 1.3″ ID OEM bellows maximizing exhaust energy to drive turbocharger
• Smooth mandrel bends improve exhaust gas flow – tubing ID is not compromised
• Increased turbo response with lower EGT’s
• User must have aftermarket downpipe, does not fit with OE Downpipe

Note

• Please note this is not a direct replacement for the 2004.5+ Duramax as it does not have an EGR Riser. It only fits if you have an EGR Delete installed. 
• Aftermarket downpipe required – Some modifications are necessary
