Injector Build Specs: R1/25%/100HP/ 30LPM
The Industrial Injection 0986435505SE-R1 is a Reman Stage 1 25% 100hp Injector for your 5.9L Cummins. It has been extrude honed and balanced to a perfect matching set injector that flows 30LPM. The Race 1 100HP / 25% Over injectors can be run with a stock turbo but one of Industrial Injections Phatshaft turbos or compound turbo setups is highly recommended to help reduce EGTs. They have balanced the injectors to a tighter tolerance than the original manufacturer and have put a lot of time into making these the best injectors money can buy. All the injectors are built in-house with BRAND NEW Factory OEM parts including the nozzles.
They use their EDM machine to extrude hone the nozzle twice to get the gain. Industrial Injection usually sees a drop in EGT’s along with a gain in MPG’s. They recommend these injectors to anyone needing to replace their current injectors and are looking to gain some performance from their truck.
