Even if you dont own an Excursion, it is apparent these units are big and very top-heavy, so naturally, not every lift kit has the quality or durability to properly support this platform. Enter the Carli Performance 4.5″ Lift Kit, featuring custom-tuned 2.5 series King Shocks with 9″ of travel, 12″ stroke with a custom hose to route the reservoir out from under the bed. These shocks provide exceptional highway and off-road performance without compromises. Deaver progressive leaf spring packs all around give you a true lifted, but leveled ride.

Notes
- Rear upper shock mounts require welding
- The rear springs are a reduced capacity spring pack (reduces payload/hauling capacity to a “light” ¾-ton). If capacity is a concern, the Full Progressive Leaf Springs can be supplemented back to the factory capacity with the addition of Carli Excursion-specific Long-Travel Airbags.
- All King shocks are built with a plated steel body. If subjected to inclement weather for extended periods, we recommend wrapping your shocks in 3M to provide a replaceable moisture barrier.
